Use Trackrr responsibly
Trackrr is provided as a web-based time tracking app for recording your own work.
Free right now
Trackrr is currently free. Paid or subscription features may be added later with separate terms.
Your account matters
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the data added to your account.
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using Trackrr, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Trackrr is an early-stage web application. Some features may change, be improved, or be removed as the product develops.
The service
Trackrr provides web-based time tracking features, including timers, clients, projects, reports, and optional Google Calendar event creation.
Trackrr is currently provided free of charge. More advanced paid or subscription features may be introduced in the future. If that happens, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you choose to use paid features.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You should notify the Trackrr operator if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You are responsible for the timer, client, project, and settings data you create in Trackrr.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Trackrr. This includes not:
- attempting to access another user's account or data;
- interfering with the service or its infrastructure;
- using Trackrr for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity;
- reverse engineering or scraping the service in a harmful way;
- uploading or storing content you do not have rights to use.
Google Calendar integration
If you connect Google Calendar, Trackrr may create calendar events based on finished timers. You can disconnect Google Calendar from the profile page.
You should only connect a Google account that you are authorised to use. Trackrr is not responsible for calendar changes caused by timer entries you create or finish.
Availability and changes
Trackrr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service issues, hosting issues, or product changes.
Features may be updated over time. Where practical, important changes will be reflected in these terms or in the product.
Intellectual property
Trackrr, its branding, interface, and software are owned by the Trackrr operator or its licensors. You keep ownership of your own timer, client, project, and account data.
You grant Trackrr the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and operate your data so the service can work.
Disclaimers and liability
Trackrr is not legal, accounting, payroll, invoicing, or tax advice. You should verify time records before relying on them for billing, payroll, legal, or tax purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackrr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
Ending use of Trackrr
You may stop using Trackrr at any time. Trackrr may suspend or limit access if these terms are breached, if continued access would create risk, or if the service is discontinued.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Trackrr changes. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.
